CT Scanner
Arkansas Otolaryngology Center is a full service CT Imaging Center specializing in ENT imaging.
ARRT licensed technologists perform all CT exams on a Philips Brilliance 6 Slice CT Scanner at the request of the AOC physicians.
The CT Scanner hours of operation are 9am-3pm Monday – Friday, by appointment and with a physician request.
CT exams at AOC last approximately 10-20 minutes, patients are asked to arrive only 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
AOC uses a PACS (Digital Picture Archive Computer System) to store and transmit all CT images to your physician as well as the Radiologist, allowing the physician immediate access to the completed exams from the CT Scanner.
All AOC CT exams are read by Board Certified Radiologists at Radiology Consultants, PA.
The AOC CT Scanner is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
