Update: COVID-19, Patients, & Telemedicine

To all Arkansas Otolaryngology Center patients:

In an effort to promote social distancing, with the ultimate goal being to slow down the spread of Corona Virus, all Arkansas Otolaryngology Center locations are implementing the following updates as of Monday, March 23, 2020.

  • Arkansas Otolaryngology Center will be limiting all in-office visits to those patients and visits that are deemed to be emergent and/or urgent otolaryngologic or allergic visits. If you have a question about what would be considered emergent and/or urgent, please call your local Arkansas Otolaryngology Center location, first. Please do not come into the clinic without first calling.

  • All other patient visits will be conducted via telemedicine. This includes all new and established patient visits. The staff at Arkansas Otolaryngology Center will still schedule these visits, just like previous to the Corona Virus pandemic, with a call from you, our patients, or referral from one of our partner clinics.

  • This change will be in effect until Monday, April 20, 2020. Subject to change depending on guidance from local health officials.

The entire staff of Arkansas Otolaryngology Center wants all of our loyal patients to know that we are still here to take care of all your otolaryngologic and allergic needs, but the way in which we serve needs to be changed in this time of social distancing. The entire care team at Arkansas Otolaryngology Center feels that this is the correct and necessary plan to protect you, our patients, our care team members, and our entire community. I know that we join all of you in hopes that this event is over sooner rather than later.

In closing, it is requested, that before you come into any one of Arkansas Otolaryngology Center’s locations, please call.
