Welcome to Arkansas Otolaryngology Center (AOC), the largest comprehensive ear, nose, and throat clinic in the state.

Otolaryngologists are physician specialists trained in the medical and surgical treatment of patients with diseases and disorders of the ear, nose and throat (ENT) and related structures of the head and neck. They are commonly referred to as ENT physicians.

Since its inception in 1974, Arkansas Otolaryngology Center has provided state of the art medical care, specializing in the treatment of a broad spectrum of ear, nose, throat, head and neck conditions. Additional ancillary services include the first free-standing ambulatory surgical facility in the state and one of the first ENT office based auditory rehabilitation departments in the country.

Our full time offices are located in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Benton and Heber Springs. Additionally, our doctors see patients either weekly or every other week in Cabot, Clinton, Montecello, Jacksonville, and Stuttgart.
